AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Benefit rules, income and asset limits, Medicaid waiver program details, and other program parameters change frequently. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Special Needs Navigator LLC is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information provided through the AI consultation tool.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

AI Consultation Sessions. Sessions are sold on a per-session basis. Payment is required in advance of each session. Due to the nature of digital services, sessions are non-refundable once initiated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from completing a session, contact us at eric@specialneedsnavigator.us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Downloadable Products. Roadmaps and other downloadable products are delivered digitally upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at eric@specialneedsnavigator.us.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Special Needs Navigator LLC and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to this Site and its contents, including but not limited to the AI system prompt, knowledge base, Roadmaps, written content, and all other materials. All such rights are reserved.
