Case Review: a second check on what Sage found

Sage is good, but it's not perfect, and it doesn't know what it might have missed. Every session includes a Request Case Review option so Eric can check Sage's work: did it ask the right questions, catch what it should have, get anything wrong?

You'll hear back either way. If Sage missed something or got something wrong, Eric will tell you. If everything looks right, he'll confirm that too. He'll also point you toward the right next step or professional if one's needed.

This is a check on the session you already had, not a new conversation. If you want to talk through what Sage found live, with Eric, that's what Office Hours is for.

This covers:

Whether Sage asked the right questions, caught what it should have, and got the facts right.

This doesn't cover:

New analysis, new recommendations, or reviewing documents (trusts, court orders, SSA notices) Sage didn't already see in your session.

How it works:

  1. Start or continue a Sage session.

  2. When you're ready, select Request Case Review from the session header.

  3. Confirm your contact info. Sage sends Eric a summary of your session.

  4. Eric checks Sage's work and responds: confirming, correcting, or pointing you to next steps.

Office Hours: guaranteed time with Eric

Office Hours gives you scheduled, one-on-one time with Eric to talk through what Sage found. You'll go in already knowing your summary and having questions in mind. Eric's role is to help you react to it live: what a result means for your situation, where to focus first, what you might be missing before you act.

This covers:

This doesn't cover:

New financial analysis, new recommendations beyond what Sage surfaced, document review, or planner-level calculations (benefit math, trust structuring). If your situation needs that, Eric will tell you and point you to the right professional.

Before you book

Office Hours works best when you've already been through a Sage session and have your summary in hand. Bring your questions. Eric is there to help you work through what Sage found, not to start from scratch.

Pricing:

30 minutes: $150
For a focused question or a single result you want to talk through.

60 minutes: $250
For a fuller conversation across more than one issue.

Availability:
Monday through Thursday. Booking closes 24 hours in advance.
